How to Delete A Single Message?
- First of all you need to open Gmail account login page.
- Then login to your account by entering your username and password.
- Now you need to open the message you want to delete. If you are currently in your inbox then check the box available next to the message.
- Now you need to hit on Delete .
How to Delete Multiple Messages?
- You need to open the Gmail account login page.
- Thereafter, you need to login to your account by entering your username and password.
- Now you need to check all boxes available left of the messages you’d like to delete.
- Finally click Delete .
How to Delete All Messages?
If you want to delete all messages then you need to follow the method as provided below:
- Login to your account by opening the official login page of Gmail.
- Hit the Down arrow button available in the top left.
- Hit All and finally click on Delete .
- That’s all your all messages will be deleted.
How to Empty Your Trash?
- Login to your account by entering your username and password.
- You’ll find More Trash available on the left side of the page.
- If you want to delete a particular message then open that particular message and hit delete forever.
- If you want to delete all available messages then click Empty Trash now.
Process of Recovering Messages from Trash
- Login to your account by entering your username and password.
- Click More Trash available at left side of the page.
- Now you need to check the box available next to any messages you’d like to move.
- Then hit on Move .
- Finally, you need to move that message to your inbox.
